Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using SolidCorn, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Plain English Summary

You own your data. We only process it on your behalf.

We protect your data with encryption and access controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SolidCorn platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SolidCorn ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Nature of Service

SolidCorn is a cloud-based, multi-tenant business management platform designed to serve multiple industries. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom field configuration and layout design
  • Lead management and sales pipeline automation
  • Product and asset catalog management
  • Business profile and digital presence tools
  • Dashboard, analytics and dynamic reporting
  • AI-powered social media sharing
  • API integrations and workflow automation
  • Role-based access control and team management

Features available to you depend on your selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Use the Service for lawful business purposes only
  • Not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws
  • Register with accurate and complete information

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account and all activity conducted through it:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities, data entries, and transactions occurring under your account
  • Ensuring that all team members using your account comply with these Terms
  • Notifying us immediately at support@solidcorn.com upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Choosing a strong and unique password and enabling any available security features

SolidCorn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Free & Paid Plans

SolidCorn offers a free tier and subscription-based paid plans. Plan details, pricing, and feature availability are described on our Pricing page.

Billing Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed via third-party gateways including Razorpay
  • All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable
  • Failure to pay may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination
  • We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' advance notice

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated or required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at support@solidcorn.com.

Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Data Ownership & Responsibility

You retain 100% ownership of all business data, customer data, and content you upload or create within the Service. SolidCorn acts solely as a data processor on your behalf and does not claim any rights over your data.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness, and legality of your data
  • Obtaining valid consent from individuals whose data you process
  • Compliance with applicable data protection laws including India's DPDP Act, GDPR (where applicable), and industry-specific regulations
  • Ensuring your use of the platform does not violate the privacy rights of third parties

Custom Fields & User-Generated Data

SolidCorn's platform allows you to create custom data structures, fields, and schemas specific to your business needs. By using these features, you agree that:

  • You will not store illegal, harmful, sensitive, or restricted data without proper legal basis
  • You will not store personally identifiable information (PII) of minors without appropriate safeguards
  • You are responsible for compliance with Indian IT laws, GDPR (if applicable), and all relevant industry regulations
  • SolidCorn is not responsible for the nature or legality of the data you choose to store
  • We reserve the right to remove data that violates applicable laws or these Terms

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

  • Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
  • Uploading malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful scripts
  • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, conducting penetration tests without written permission, or attempting denial-of-service attacks
  • Impersonating another person, company, or SolidCorn employee
  • Abusing APIs, making excessive automated requests, or circumventing rate limits
  • Re-selling or sublicensing access to the Service without authorisation

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

Data Security & Infrastructure

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) to limit data exposure
  • Multi-tenant data isolation to prevent cross-account data access
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Audit trails for sensitive operations within the platform

Notwithstanding the above, SolidCorn is not liable for breaches or data loss caused by weak passwords, credential sharing, phishing attacks on your end, or actions taken by your team members.

We follow SOC2-ready security patterns and are committed to continuous improvement of our security posture.

Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability and reliable access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure access at all times.

  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet outages, or force majeure events
  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible

API & Integration Usage

SolidCorn provides API access to certain plan subscribers. When using our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with all API documentation, rate limits, and usage guidelines
  • Not overload, abuse, or attempt to circumvent API rate limits
  • Not use the API to harvest data beyond your own account's scope
  • Keep your API keys confidential and rotate them if compromised

We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API access without notice for violations of these terms.

Termination

Termination by SolidCorn

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Non-payment of subscription fees after a grace period
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially harmful activity
  • A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@solidcorn.com or using the account deletion option in your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Data Retention After Termination

Upon account termination (whether by you or by us), the following applies:

  • Your data may be retained in our systems for up to 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export requests
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems
  • We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account
  • Certain data may be retained longer where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as financial records

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolidCorn and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data, business interruption, or revenue loss
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers or integrations
  • Losses resulting from service outages, maintenance, or force majeure events

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to SolidCorn in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolidCorn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your data, content, or business operations conducted through the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any legal claims brought by your customers, employees, or regulators related to your use of SolidCorn

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the Effective Date at the top of this page
  • Notify registered users via email or an in-app notification for material changes
  • Provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Both parties waive any objection to this jurisdiction.
